About Us
Fields of Dreams Chicago is dedicated to empowering youth in Chicago through targeted mentorship programs, wellness practices, and community engagement projects. Our focus is on leadership development, personal development, and civic engagement to equip youth aged 11 to 15 with the necessary tools to make a transformative impact in their neighborhoods and beyond. Through our programming, we aim to positively impact the lives of Chicago’s young people, preparing them for a future of resilience, leadership, and community contribution.
